Delphidata provides a market intelligence platform for critical infrastructure sectors, including data analytics, API access, dashboards, and AI-powered insights. The specific features available depend on your subscription plan.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Fees

Certain Services require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Billing

Cancellation

You agree to keep confidential any non-public information about our Services, including pricing, features in development, and technical specifications. This obligation survives termination of these Terms.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Data provided through the Services is for informational purposes and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DELPHIDATA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Delphidata and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the Services or by email. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vienna, Austria. You waive any objection to venue in these courts.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Delphidata.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
