The semantic layer for industrial markets.

Bootstrapped from Vienna and Graz.

Delphi Data Labs builds structured market intelligence for critical infrastructure sectors. We turn fragmented public information into a unified knowledge graph covering projects, companies, technologies, and supply chains across 37 sectors from hydrogen and CCUS to defense, water, and circular economy.

What we do

Replacing fragmented research with structured intelligence.

Most market intelligence in critical infrastructure is still locked in PDFs, scattered across consultancy reports, and delivered months after the fact. Strategy teams piece together a picture from dozens of sources, often manually, and often without confidence in completeness.

We built Delphi to fix that. Our platform processes public sources daily through proprietary NLP and taxonomy models entity recognition, relationship extraction, geospatial mapping and structures the output into a queryable knowledge graph. The result: a live, structured view of who is building what, where, with whom, and at what scale.

We provide this intelligence through four products: the Delphi interactive dashboard, the Serapis API for programmatic access, Theia for real-time industrial news, and Aletheia (coming soon) for AI-powered Q&A against the knowledge graph.

How we got here

Bootstrapped, client-funded, and growing.

Delphi Data Labs was founded in Vienna with the goal of bringing structured data intelligence to industrial markets that were still operating on static reports and manual research.

Our bootstrapped team built the core market data model while developing direct relationships with leading industrial companies. These early engagements with organizations like Bosch, Linde, Andritz, and Mitsubishi Research Institute generated consistent six-figure EUR revenues over three years and validated the approach with tier-one clients.

Along the way, we secured national grant programs through FFG and SFG, 100,000 in cloud infrastructure credits from OVHcloud, and support from the Global Incubator Network Austria. We expanded from hydrogen and derivatives into 37 sectors covering power, water, decarbonization, defense, circular economy, and more.

Delphi remains bootstrapped. We've grown through client revenue and strategic public funding not venture capital. This means we answer to our clients, not investors.
