In November 2025, Delphi Data Labs was invited to present at EXPO 2025 Osaka, delivering a global overview of the hydrogen market based on our structured intelligence platform.
The presentation covered the state of the global hydrogen project pipeline across production, logistics, storage, and end-use — drawing from the same knowledge graph that powers our dashboard and API products. We highlighted how structured, relationship-aware data provides a fundamentally different picture of market readiness compared to headline project counts.
Key themes from the presentation
Key themes included the persistent gap between announced and financed projects, the growing importance of electrolyzer supply chain tracking, and the cross-sector connections — particularly between hydrogen, ammonia, methanol, and CCUS — that determine whether individual projects succeed or stall.
EXPO 2025 Osaka brought together industry leaders, policymakers, and technology providers from across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
